The second precon from this set is the Undead Unleashed precon. It's a Zombie-themed deck, with subthemes of sacrifice effects and overall graveyard stuffing. Joining Wilhelt, the Rotcleaver in your zombie invasion include a detective and an undead turtle with super delve. Decklist is here.
How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Eloise: WIZARDS YOU BLEW IT! now everyone is gonna Harass you guys for a sultai clue matters legend right when it was cracked with Lonis, Cryptozoologist this add's B in the equation.
Black curse: oh that are first forever staple for Lynde, Cheerful Tormenter (new cards) you wouldn't mind cursing yourself with this one like are C17 curse cycle
Turtle: I wonder if it will be as popular as the gitrog monster meme wise.
Eloise seems pretty overcosted, but she's okay. She bridges two strategies that don't have enough support on their own (in this case Investigate and Surveil) and gives them a cohesive theme that works on Commander (in this case Aristocrats). At the very least, she seems fun to brew around with. Not sure what's the deal with a simple sleuth being this big though - hell, she's as strong as Sigarda.
Gorex is really cool, kinda like a bizarro-Dredge creature that also gives you value. A fun card that has a simple goal and is straightforward to build around, just fill your graveyard and give your turtle boots.
As for the 99 cards, not much to say. Prowling Geistcatcher is probably the strongest card of the batch in the right deck, should give you crazy value in the right board plus can potentially go infinite with a few Clone effects and a sac outlet. Out of the "fair" cards, however, I like Curse of Restless Dead because targeting that one Landfall player can easily give you like 10 tokens for 3 mana, and Ghouls' Night Out not because I'm a sucker for horrible puns but also because as everyone knows you often don't need to attack with creatures in Commander to get good value out of them.
Some "almost" interesting cards, but they are just awfully underpowered overall.
Prowling Geistcatcher might be a combo card, if you have something to keep sacrificing, like an Phyrexian Altar, it can combo with a bunch of creatures that return it from the grave then, or just flicker it.
Bit expensive at 4 mana , at 3 it would do some work as converted manacost of 3 is so much easier to get back from the graveyard and more in line casting it fast.
All the interesting mechanics eat up a ton of mana, have tap abilities and are horrible slow and clunky.
I can definitely use a few of the new cards as singles for my Gisa and Geralf deck, but I already have enough copies of everything else there that i wont need the whole deck. Love some of the picks though!
This is a *really* solid precon;
I already have homes for several of those cards (mostly in Scarab God and Jarad),
so I hope it isn’t unreasonable to obtain.
I don't really care about the secondary commanders - the Rogue is somewhat novel, although if you're in UB, do you really need to jump through those hoops to draw and filter? UB Aristocrats is not yet a well supported archetype, although we are slowly getting there.
Just looking forward to smashing face with zombies.

Blue curse: this is possible https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dx-FszJZgak (3:50) (they have no creatures and they mill their whole deck)
