Horrible deck and concept. They don't seem to realize just how hard having three creatures in play, with very specific specs, really is. That has to be one of the worst sweepers ever as welll.

Interesting choice of names. Kurbis is basically "pumpkin" in German (just written "kürbis").
The Sigardian cards look nice, I wondee why there was almost no mention of Sigardian church in the main set, so now we know.
I actually wish they doubled down on it in the commander set as well. It was refreshing to see a new aspect of human tribal.

Embrace the dark you call a home,
Gaze upon an empty, white throne
A legacy of lies,
A familiar disguise
Sing with me a song of conquest and fate
The black pillar cracks beneath its weight
Night breaks through the day, hard as a stone
Lost in thoughts all alone

Let this great clan rest in peace (2001-2011)

Having 3 creatures in play period is tough for a generic midrange or tempo deck (e.g. Jund, Delver), but for a creature-heavy enough aggro or midrange deck (e.g. Collected Company, Zoo), getting 3 creatures in play often means automatically getting Coven. Admittedly, tribal decks tend to have a tougher time getting Coven because of their relatively uniform size and their lords often pumping dudes out of Coven range (e.g. Spirits needs to jump through hoops with Supreme Phantom & Spell Queller/Skyclave Apparition/Selfless Spirit & Mausoleum Wanderer/Spectral Sailor in order to get Coven, Merfolk pretty much needs Svyelun of Sea and Sky/True-Name Nemesis & Silvergill Adept/Merfolk Trickster & lord/1-power 1-drop).
But then again why would Merfolk bother with coven? Is it on-color in-tribe?
Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
