Very cool flavor! Definitely a risk that your opponent can make better use of the token, or just that they'll use it to chump to buy time for something that answers her. But the power level on this is hard to ignore.
So a vampire in this set that actively goes against "if an opponent lost life this turn" (due to this giving a blocker to all your opponents)?
...Yeah, this vampire is not looking very viable right now.
I think that mechanic is pretty much limited-only, and this looks more like a potential constructed card. But its raw power level should be more than good enough for limited vampire decks too, despite the non-bo synergy.
The tribe (Baby Sorin approach) lacks a good 2-drop in older formats, but as always, vampires are as a whole not synergistic enough. They manage to screw up synergies within a single set this time. Next Level ***** !
One big issue with the tribe is the lack of evasion (Humans know the drill too, that's why Mantis Rider has always been the go-to 3-drop). A cheap flyer or a lord that provides evasion is what the archetype wants in order to par with the other tribal decks. Otherwise you must rely on stand-alone good creatures, and I'm afraid vampires are short on them.
Now W&S for the full set.

"Please do block my Vampires. Here, I'll even give you blockers. Oh, you were going to use them as sac fodder? Fine."

I used to be a demigod, but now I'm an omnimage
