Disturb, flashback, escape, Regrowth effects, targeted and mass graveyard removal effects, reanimator, dredge, delve, unearth, jump-start, the Soul of cycle... all grow the Tarmogoyf Willow Geist.
At first I missed "... or more" and thought it was bonker. It would have been dredge, dredge, dredge, attack you with my 20/20 trampling 1-drop on turn 2. in modern.
I believe Strangeleroot Geist also triggers it as it “dies” (enters the graveyard) and is returned to the battlefield. I may have to try this in my Green Stompy Devotion deck.
turn 2 seems a bit early to draw 19 cards so where you planning to grow to 20/20?
And this is exactly why Hogaak had to be banned. I mean, fortunately Dredge feeds your graveyard and this thing wants something to eat your graveyard but the right play sequence could make this easily Death's Shadow good.
It's considerably harder to abuse this Willow Geist in Modern than it is to abuse some other 1-2-drops. This guy needs to combo with repeated graveyard removal such as Wrenn and Six, Relic of Progenitus, and Scavenging Ooze. A one-shot card like Endurance, Nihil Spellbomb, or Unearth is only going to pump it once.

And since it's only your Graveyard it seems a little, unorthodox (?) to Relic Yourself.
Okay I revise my initial estimate but still, if not Deaths Shadow good still not a bad card. Trample, mana value 1, and the life gain make it much better than Quirion Dryad and it's ilk.
Playing since 1994: Currently MAGS (HomeBrew),Standard & Pauper (Pioneer and Modern are degenerate trash formats)

A 1-mana 1/1 with three abilities (not sure if the creature types are relevant to anything, but UW spirits often splashes green for CoCo) is a strong sounding card in theory. In practice though I don't think this little fella has what it takes. If it was a counter for EACH card that leaves ANY graveyard it would be a powerhouse. As is it will be very difficult for it to become a relevant threat.

Notice how it says leaves the graveyard. It counts things being returned to hand.

Elspeth and Jhoira rock my world.
Now it is merely very good.
