That's the problem with fishing near shipwrecks: sometimes the corpses get hungry and come up for air.
No, the poor zombie just want to get back the arm he lost. It's just a big misunderstanding!

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Shame this needs to target a creature in order to super-duper-mondo cantrip. Reminds me of Enter the God-Eternals - an otherwise fantastic card, ruined in Modern and up by the need to target a creature.
That fisher isn't done getting startled yet. Once they turn around to get some distance between themself and the unliving hand, they'll run into that creep watching them nightfishing. Just standing there all decayed and not blocking at all. Just being spooky.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

Amazing design. This card really showcases what Decayed can do. Getting a 2/2 Zombie with either of the two drawbacks that Decayed puts on the creatures would have been too much for 2 mana but Decayed makes it so that it's neither an easy 2-for-1 (or even a 3-for-1 of sorts considering it cantrips)thanks to a blocking zombie, or a brutal tempo swing by creating a 2/2 that can attack every turn. Without the Zombie it would have been a solid Limited card anyway, but the extra value from the crappy token is just gravy, especially if you have sac effects.

You forgot the Instant speed to boot, so yeah this is looking like a strong set to invest in.
Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
