Not sure if the grave is the best hiding spot on Innistrad for all your tax evasion needs, but it's not like their spirit knows (or even remembers) what it's dredging up. You do, however, so you can shove anything back into your deck.
Interesting that you can see the guy's dead body right there in the background in the second art. My guy is fresh. The ghost powerup seems to happen pretty fast. Fast learner I guess.
