The second precon from AFR is the Aura and Equipment-matters Aura of Courage, led by Galea, Kindler of Hope. Joining her at the lead is one of the giant lords at the time of the shattering of the ordning and Drizzt Do'urden's wife. Decklist is here.
How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Huh... just noticed that “boots of jumping and striding” in the flavor text of Swiftfoot Boots is specifically un-italicized to call attention to the item name. That is a minor but somewhat fascinating design choice.
Don't care about the Giant commander or anything Giant related, really. The Archer, for 2 mana, seems pretty strong - relevant keywords, gets huge if you lard her down with all the cheap equips, and can Divine Verdict for 1 mana if you set it up correctly.
That being said, it also grates across my nerves to see another Selesnya equipment-centric deck.
I desperately want to like it, because I love Auras, but I already have all the cards I need for my enchantress deck.

Oh yeah, these three get new art.

the loading read run preview might be more around 1-3 hours later because of the limited gameplay prodcast
I've been fairly impressed by the lands they're including in these. Slightly better than previous precons.
