Im at Work right now so I can't post proper translations. Just quick summaries:
BR beholder - Whenever you attack an opponent, goad a creature that player controls. Whenever one of your opponents attacks another one of your opponents, both you and that player draw a card and lose one life
GR Dragon (Klaus) - Flying, haste. Whenever you attack, add X mana I'm any combination of colors. X is the total power of all attacking creatures. You can only use it to cast spells. It doesn't empty from the mana pool until eot.
WUB horror (Naiherua) - When etb, you may tap up to one untapped creature you control for each of your opponents. For each creature tapped this way, gain control of a creature that player controls with equal or less power for as long as you control "WUB horror".
Whenever you attack with a creature you control but don't own, you gain 2 life and that creatures owner loses 2 life.
GWU Giant (Count of the Frost Giants, Storward) - Ward 3. Other creatures you control have Ward 3. When "GWU Giant" etb or attacks, choose one or both: Target creature has base p/t 7/7 until eot; or target creature has base p/t 1/1 until eot.
They seem.... quite generic.
BR beholder is like the same archetype as Xantcha: i'll help you by drawing while in fact i'm screwing you. Idk, i wanted something more "beholdery".
The dragon is like Old Gnawbone on steroid.
Naiherua is the most interesting of the bunch. Mind Flayer stealing creature deck sounds surely interesting. Too bad i wanted another venture general, because Sefris is a little weak/too much utility based
The giant is weird. I'm happy that he is not another aura/equipment commander and the ability surely is build-around-me

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.

Well, I definitely want that Giant. I don't know if it's a good Commander, but it does look fun. Maybe I can finally play Giant Tribal, despite the lack of Red. The Art on the Dragon is beautiful, but it's kind of a letdown that it's so small and has an ability we have seen a few times before. The Illithid is... interesting. I am not sure how effective that ability could be, but at least it's something different. The Beholder is a tad bit boring, but I like these effects because it promotes some political schemes.
Also, I would love to play a variant Commander where I could use Staff of Orcus!
I collect Legendary cards, Planeswalkers, and Sagas.
Current count of different Legends: 1314
Current count of different Planeswalkers: 213
Current count of different Sagas: 44
Ok if that is Klauth I'd say as a character he's totally Red/Blue/Black, not Red/Green but hey whatever gets him in a precon. Yeah definitely gotta try a Gruul dragons build now because wow Savage Ventmaw on absolute crack.
the Horror… I might need to apologize to my fellow players before hand there’s a chance I could change my 5-color ability/copy cat deck to “you are playing with your opponents stuff” (theft/copy cat)
Seem to be more interesting than the cards in the actual set ...
Somewhat shocked, but ok.
I am going to order singles of the cool cards and they will be much cheaper (but these cards are probably in super deluxe mega expensive collectors ultra edition booster packs).
We are still missing the beholder skeleton, right? Weird that it's not a legendary

Art on that GR dragon is sweet though. Effect is good too, like another Savage Ventmaw. Wish other tribes had even one of such cards
That is the best thing about dragons being a fan favorite tribe that also happens to be an utterly garbage tier tribe. They can just get away with the silliest effects and support because we're still trying to get something out of multiplying by zero.
As far as lore and names go, most of these are pre-established characteres.
Beholder - Karazikar, a beholder who was killed by a band led by Bruenor Battlehammer.
Dragon - Klauth, a red dragon who was supposedly one of the oldest non-lich dragons. (Why is this not an Elder?)
Mind Flayer - (probably) Nihiloor, a mind flayer who spread intellect devourers throughout Waterdeep to enslave people to act as spies.
Giant - Storvald, a frost giant king who ruled in the wake of the storm giants' disappearance.
Barbarian - Wulfgar, a hero of Icewind Dale and one of the main characters of the Forgotten Realms novels.
Archer - Cattie-brie, another main character of the novels and wife to Drizzt Do'Urden.
I couldn't find any information about the devil or gnome, unfortunately.
The Devil is Lorcan, Farideh's Patron/quasi love interest, the Cambion (Half Devil) son of the Eryine Invadiah.
As a Cambion Lorcan can't rise in rank like true devils so he collects Warlocks of interesting bloodlines, the way MtG players collect cards. He doesn't demand souls, what he gains out of the pacts is status as his collection of Warlocks gets more impressive. The true prize for Warlock Collectors are descendants of the Brimstone Angel, the Tiefling responsible for turning most Planescape style Tieflings on Toril, into 4e/5e style Tieflings. Farideh is a desendant of the Brimstone Angel, maybe her daughter along with her twin sister Havalar. They were raised by a gay Dragonborn called Mehen.
Ok this is worrying now...where is the Demogorgon?
In the Stranger Things secret lair of course

Ugh so we're forced to have the boring flower head imposter over the real gargantuan demon with tentacles for arms and two heads that constantly battle each other for control of the Abyss. Yea pass.
We are still missing the beholder skeleton, right? Weird that it's not a legendary
That'a a not all the cards, just a sample, Elminster is likely in one of these decks too.
Wouldn't Elminster be Dragonlance and not Forgotten Realms? (I could be wrong on this, but I thought he was specifically Krynn.)
Also, to the comment being quoted. It would make sense for the Beholder Skeleton to not be legendary as there are a number of Death Tyrants in the cosmos scary enough.

I can't read the cards but on the page mentioned in the tweet we can see pictures of some cards (like every monster general)
