Nice to see the synergy between the three. Not sure if it's worth reviving Vecna outside of Commander, but the Eye and Hand have enough utility in of themselves to be playable separately. The artifacts of Vecna also synchronize very well with each other.
⬤ Legendary Creature - Zombie God (Token)
When Vecna enters the battlefield, you draw a card and lose 2 life. (this ability does not matter, Vecna gains these abilities after it enters the battlefield)
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay 2. If you do, you draw a card and you lose 2 life.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, a creature you control named Vecna gets +X/+X where X is the number of cards in your hand.
At the beginning of your end step, if you lost 2 or more life this turn, create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token.
Hand of Vecna is serious fun with Mordenkainen, but on Vecna it is a bit underwhelming... I mean it is large and indestructible. But without some evasion that doesn't do anything... In blue I can put the hand of Vecna on a random bird and have some serious threat going.

The Eye seems like a nice modernization of Book of Rass even if you can't use it many times in one turn. The cantripping upon etb really makes it quite nice; anything that previously blinked Tsabo's Web for card draw now has more ammo.
Tried Hand of Vecna in Modern UWR Ragavan Blade to see how good against combo its boost and cheap equip cost was. Turns out that Hand of Vecna, while arguably better against midrange than Kaldra Compleat because you can at least put the Hand on another creature for cheap, provides a pretty paltry P/T boost against midrange, and Hand of Vecna costing 3 mana to play if I don't want to tap Stoneforge Mystic hurt against combo. Hand of Vecna also had a pretty tough time out-boosting Kaldra Compleat, and if SFM died the turn after I put Hand of Vecna on it, I was straight outta luck anyway.
