I wonder if this and all the artifact support in the set is meant to be pulling double duty with ZNR's Warrior-and-Equipment theme for Standard, or for something later on.
White has a lot of etb effects true but be VERY careful with this since its a must not a may and will screw tokens over if that is all that's left on the field.

Ooh this would work really well--albeit slowly--with Stonebinder's Familiar (I'm a jank player what can I say?), but honestly I love regularly scheduled blink effects like this. The shenanigans that can be had from this are innumerable.

So, any artifacts that might become broken if you get to tap them twice as often?
Nothing really "broken" - but look at unwinding clock for effects that are good. Honestly what you would be looking for is enter the battlefield effects for a card like this. Things like arcums astrolabe will give you a draw each turn. Digging into commander territory - and on color archaeomancer's map is fun.
That isn't a creature nor mana rocks to reload them.
the best winner I see for tapping again and ETB is Contagion Engine to mass -2/-2 for someone’s board and you can a profilerate four times if you have 8 mana
How ever from all choices the biggest winner which is a hidden gem
Is Portcullis what nobody thinks about is you can flicker it all your creatures enter and disappear instantly causing a ambush of ETB and suddenly go hiding again.
It happened we can get a playset of Conjurer's Closet into a commander deck
