basically it’s something to do with dungeons but we don't know what yet and we know there’s a dungeon type from the “Summer of Legends” stream on Weekly mtg
based on this dungeons probably have a mechanic very similar to saga but maybe get a emblem like benefit from completing

I think that the summer of magic conversation (or maybe it was the product description thread for the rest of the sets for the year?) mentioned two-sided dungeon cards in prerelease kits. I think that you flip a completed dungeon to get rewards.
This can be either very good or mediocre depending on how much value "Venture into the dungeon" carries. Speculation: it's got a bit less value associated with it than "Become the monarch" and may have similar value to "Draw a card."
Dungeons can go into the sideboard. You can play them from your hand by paying the mana cost or get to use one of a sideboard when you venture in the dungeon. Each dungeon is a enchatment-saga type card. Each dungeon has an static effect 2 challengers and one reward. You compleat the dungeon by paying or doing whats in the challenger part of it and doing both, for exemple
"At the begguing of each turn ~~ deals 2 damage to each creature, planeswalker and player"
Challenge 1: Tap up to any number of creatures you control: If the total power amoung creatures tapped for this cost was 8+ complete.
Challenge 2: Discard up to 2 cards: if the total CMC is 10 or more complete.
Compleat: Put a +1/+1 counter on up to one creature and draw a card.
Just my 2 sents.
It could also be somewhat similar to warlord saga of the storm and each dungeon have a static ability and to complete one you just need to tap creatures (maybe tap a party) with equal or higher power than the challenger rating of it.
I'm pretty sure they were annoyed that un-card utilized that phrase. Mechanically speaking enchantments are a good guess but how cool would it be if there were "tron" lands.
Waterdeep dungeon t: add 1 to your mana pool
Waterdeep passages t: create a treasure. You may only play passages if you have ventured into waterdeep dungeon
Waterdeep showdown you may only play this if you control waterdeep passages and control 2 artifacts t: add 1.
T, select a creature you control and one of an opponents choice. Those creatures fight. If the creature your opponent selected dies this turn search your library for an artifact of cc 5 or less and put it into play.
Notably "dungeon" is not capitalized, so it is not a subtype like Saga is. If this is on a card's type line it would be a new card type (or super type, but that doesn't seem likely).
Maybe the dungeon is a different game object though e. g. a zone/pile of cards like the library or graveyard. Or maybe it's neither like the city's blessing.
A notable aspect is, how little room for reminder text this has.

Heck, every day I wake up, I don't go out and kill people - and I'm rewarded by not having legions of enemies! Amazing how that works.
Although ninjas are experts of camouflage and concealment, they are actually horrible liars. This means that no matter where you are, you can shout out, “Are there any ninjas here?” and if there’s a ninja within earshot, he’ll be compelled to respond.

Well lets wait.
In that, three were drawn from a separate deck but there were various effects that added more, and even ones players could play that cost resources.
