Black's first Archon is one of the best reanimator targets of the set, if not the best. Wonder if Modern Reanimator (which may be leaning heavily on this set to reach its full potential) would want this over things like Ashen Rider.
How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
I mean, its primarily meant to be reanimated, but just about every single format has better targets

What EDH are you talking about? CEDH? Agree in that case. But in casual environments is amazing. Great Value and card advantage at ETB, great as a cloning target, and good reanimator target. I love it, gonna see play in my decks. Great TIMMY card.
Worth remembering that we just got a bunch of new reanimation/reanimation enablers that specify "non-legendary", and most of the high end competition for this guy is Legendary. Turn 2 Unmarked Grave into turn 3 Persist seems like a solid line of play, and this is probably one of the better targets for that.
What world is this? Looks like Zendikar's Hedrons floating about, but those are also clearly Bolas's horns in the background.
Probably the Meditation Realm. The scaled-down Cruel Ultimatum Titan-esque trigger and the horns help clue it in.
I'm not convinced. Has it ever been implied that there was anyone in the meditation realm other than Bolas? (And Ugin in that one backstory when he went there.) Why would Bolas have this guy spreading malice in his meditation realm? Unless possibly it was a staging ground for his future assaults on other planes, but that has never been suggested to my knowledge.
My guess is that it's a Bolas-conquered plane we haven't seen much of yet. There should be several of those, right?
As for the card - pretty sweet. Agree with @wallycaine that given the non-legendary clauses on the new reanimator toys we are getting, this card may be a good target. And while there are tons of viable targets in EDH, this at least seems like one of the better ones.

It could just be Amonkhet. The Secret Lair Godless Shrine shows post-apocalyptic Naktamun as well and it looks a lot like that, with some allowance for artistic interpretation. Naktamun had numerous floating rock structures (tops of pyramids, obelisks).
...to be a real bonkers Titan. Otherwise very nice. I'd say the EtB/attack ability is stronger than that of most titans except maybe Prime Time's (played correctly).
Alternatively, they could have made it more symmetrical by also giving you a Raise Dead each time, I don't think that would have made it too imba.

I don't think it's doing anything in constructed though...
I mean, why are you Through the breaching this guy when you can do Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Griselbrand, really?
there are a lot of much more opressive reanimation targets, and you're not hardcasting anything that costs 8.... so.... yeah.
either way, really beefy dude and probably one of the largest limited bombs this set.

Bouncing it is great, I could see this being someone's pet card they throw in just because.

Madness, Eternalize, Delve, anything to ensure it hits play before turn 4.
Sure you can use reanimation stuff, but with the amount of anti-graveyard around, that might be quite the uphill battle.
Having just a single threat might get a tremendous problem if some of the Evokers become maindeck cards.
