I guess. Functionally better Zurgo Bellstriker. Mythic though? Is this monkey that important? It's powerful and that's why it's mythic, not because it's complex.
Pretty powerful imo and dash is a cute call back to how the token version will vanish at the end of the turn.

I like this card's design. The only thing which would have made it more flavorful would be some clause such as "may be cast only for its dash cost". Still, a 1-mana 2/1 that can steal cards and/or make Treasure is not bad at all.

StaffNah, I don't think Burn or Prowess want Ragavan (Ragavan keeps finding the wrong spells after combat).
If Death's Shadow Lurrus Jund can find enough removal, they might want to toy with Ragavan as a 1-of.
