I don't play a *ton* of legacy, but I could imagine Temur Delver loving this as another one-drop that helps you flip Delver and synergizes with you wanting to grow your goyfs.

The only real issue with that is that delver decks need to run a finite amount of creatures in order to keep their instant/sorcery density high enough to consistently flip their namesake card.
I think the flying is what really makes this. A 1cc 3/3 flyer in red is basically unheard of. The fact you only need a few cards in the yard is pretty gravy
Found that Dragon's Rage Channeler was tough to make a 3/3 Flying on Turn 2, even in RB Prowess with 4 Mishra's Bauble, Gut Shot, and 2 Seal of Fire. That actually seems less explosive than Delver and the Prowess 1-drops, so Modern might actually hard pass on this (although this does encounter similar problems as Death's Shadow, which I never liked in RB Prowess, not even with Scourge of the Skyclaves).
Good news Modern Red players, you have another one-drop. It can do a mean Delver impression.

helps filtering top deck, has kinda Delver stats.
really strong card.
not sure if has enough beef to compete with the other red 1drops, but it's crazy strong anyway

That said, this card is very strong.
