Quirion Ranger will definitely give the Heritage Druid plan a shot in the arm, but what that deck really needs is either Wirewood Symbiote to grind decks out and lure removal or a 1-cmc mana dork that dodges Wrenn and Six (or a preternatural speed boost that increases the chance of Turn 3 kills, but I doubt Quirion Ranger will grant that).
On the one hand, I'm glad they decided to do an art refresh for the elf, but on the other hand, I find the art bland and somewhat comical. "Oh, I'm an elf ranger, and I'm in a L'Oreal commercial."

Honestly I am fine with it, it means the original will hold value for the collectors and "investors" while this one will drop in price for people who actually want to play the game with it.
