Here we have some discard matters (wheels, going against 8rack, MH2 Limited, etc) fixing, superbounce, the land-matters burn spell, and another Converge thing, now with tokens.
combos quite well with Containment Priest or Drannith Magistrate or Meddling Mage or Silverquill Silencer,
it also can be used on your own stuff to "save" them from removal or to get extra "on cast" or "etb triggers" it's very slow playing on your own dudes, but still, could be fine.
I did not mind Aftermath; I won a lot of games with Heaven // Earth because opponents would forget about the aftermath portion until I blew up the (well, their) board.
I can see getting good value out of spending 4 mana for three 1/1 flying artifacts.
Suspend is weird. A common like unsummon buys you just as much time and actually taxes your opponent’s mana during their next turn... though this card removes the card as a blocker during an additional combat step.
while magistrate/Lavinia/priest keep the card gone, bounce + thought seize seems a bit easier on the whole. Am I crazy here?
Please, mill me. Mill my important cards. Mill my lands. Mill it all. Because I will still deal 20 damage before you can mill 45 cards most every time.

I think this is a pretty good card as is and fits into what blue does.
