I wonder if Hardened Scales has a use for this. Naya Hardened Scales?
Given Arcbound Worker has seen play in those decks, almost certainly, given this is better in than Worker in every way except for being legendary, but given the deck runs Ravager that's less of a problem than it is for some decks.
I'm sad this doesn't have a naya color identity. Naya modular voltron seems like the most amazing thing ever.

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
Card is good, I expect it to be a roleplayer in any sort of affinity shell, even as just a fun of copy over the first arcbound worker. On it's own it already dies to put 2 counters on a thing (I think?) and makes ravager that much better.
Legendary can turn out to be a useful sac outlet if you get multiples. (I know the second ability exists but it requires red.) If you cast a second one, you put 3 counters instead of 1, right?
In hardened scales deck it will help it a bit, but not really explosive as Hardened scales.
I do hope this is a sign that we get new Modular creatures.
I am curious how modular works with Teysa from RNA. Would modular trigger twice? That wouldn't make sense, though, because after the first trigger the creature has no more +1/+1 on it. Perhaps it would trigger twice but the second one does nothing.... *shrug* Too late in the evening to think about stuff like that.

Once the modular card is in the graveyard, the counters fall off of it anyways, before the modular ability goes on the stack. Like The Ozolith, modular uses "its counters on" as shorthand for "for each +1/+1 counter that was on this card, put one on". Teysa will trigger modular twice, and each modular trigger will put the same number of counters on whatever you target. So effectively, Teysa (and similar effects) will double the number of counters you get off modular.
We got 3 Boros Artifact matters legends now! question is any way to Act of treason Artifact's?

Oh yes you are right.
I was comparing to regular “when this Dies” triggers. Odd that its ability does not combo with its own modular.
