Aeve, Progenitor Ooze 2GGG
Legendary Creature - Ooze
Storm
Aeve, Progenitor Ooze is not legendary as long a it's a token.
Aeve enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for each other Ooze you control.
2/2
And the first Storm creature is an Ooze. Remember, copies of permanent spells become tokens.
So how do the counters stack in regards to the storm copies ETBing?
If it's anything like any other multiple things happening at the same time then all the spells resolve before the abilities go in the stack and you get x 2+x/2+x oozes where x is equal to your storm count.
step 1: make a bunch of tokens.
Step 2: cast Garth One-Eye
Step 3: cast Echoing Equation on Garth
Step 4: cast like 8 Black Lotus from Garth
Step 5: cast Braingeyser for 15 or something
Step 6: cast This card for a stupid high storm count for no reason.
So how do the counters stack in regards to the storm copies ETBing?
you get x 2+x/2+x oozes where x is equal to your storm count.
I'm not sure that's quite right. The storm trigger will resolve and create a number of copies equal to the number spells cast before. The copies will resolve individually and thus enter the battlefield one at a time, triggering any abilities as a result which will resolve before any further copies of Aeve. So assuming nothing affects the number of oozes you control between copies resolving, each one will be +1/+1 more than the previous. Also, it is not a triggered ability; Aeve enters the battlefield with the counters as a replacement effect.

Yes, the more I think on it and he more I agree with that. So, x oozes, the largest being x+2/x+2 and each token being incrementally smaller.

Spanish text got me hyped for a new mechanic called Torment.

Guess storms in Spain must be really terrible. In Italian it's Tempesta, so I guess to my ancestors storms were more of a pest than a torment.
Second, yes, Leyline of Singularity can make Aeve tokens legendary. It's not a characteristic-defining ability since it's conditional, so I believe the timestamp matters in determining which one applies.

I think it would be quite hard to make reminder text that added something without being quite lengthy.

x+1 oozes.
That's an excellent point.

First, the Magic Rulings Forum is the correct place for this.
