4 power 3 mana but only “attacked” for a total of 3 on its first attack. In terms of power it is quite ok but will be better with any counter synergy, which I hear is an archtype in this draft.

How heavy are those +1/+1 counters?

Cauldron of Souls also enjoys this. It being an artifact may make it one of the best options available to certain colors for doing that sort of thing.
