According to WotC, the arts got swapped for the Japanese Memory Lapse and Epmhemerate. I'm not sure if that just means the artist credits are now wrong, or what. I can see the blue and white palates now that I'm looking for them, but i wouldn't have been able to tell the art was on the wrong card if I wasn't told about it.
Well, two arts by the same artist means this is not an issue of artist credit. I actually was wondering about those two because I couldn't tell how they tied into their effect.
TBH tough, they might not have been the only ones. And Memory Lapse still isn't doing it for me.

Heck, every day I wake up, I don't go out and kill people - and I'm rewarded by not having legions of enemies! Amazing how that works.
Although ninjas are experts of camouflage and concealment, they are actually horrible liars. This means that no matter where you are, you can shout out, “Are there any ninjas here?” and if there’s a ninja within earshot, he’ll be compelled to respond.

It's obviously not time walk, but if timed for use at the the right moment, it provides a nice a tempo advantage and pushes their next draw further back so there's no surprises next beyond what they already had, which you're now better prepared to anticipate.

Basically the art was suppose to be on a red card and whatever the art on this red card was suppose to be on force.
