I mean, it's decent. 4 power is good for attacking and blocking a lot of things, and you should be able to trigger this at least once in limited. Entering tapped is the biggest downside because it goes back to your hand anyway.
Like Gutterbones, it's cheap and repeatable discard fodder. There's a lot of looting and rummaging in this set. Will synergize nicely with "Pestilent Cauldron", too.
