Seems pretty meh. At least Martial Coup gave them a 1 turn clock to manage it. Often times, this will just make a bunch of fodder that will be too little, to late. Most of the noncreature permanents that see play right now provide immediate value, so spending 8 mana to remove them is usually sort of pointless.
It's not bad but it's also not incredible. Usually token decks rely on enchants (ex: anthems) so in most situations you can't pay more than X=5 or you'll end up damagin yourself.

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
how does this end the game? It doesn’t destroy your opponents creatures and the inklings it makes ETB tapped. Both of those things leave you vulnerable and you just dumped all your mana into it.
If you do nothing till you play this for 6WB you probably die anyway if you are not already dead two times over.
The cards still not bad, as you can cast the spell for tokens earlier.
Even for 2WB and get 2 tokens, thats not bad if you need the blockers earlier (and them flying can mean you can threat planeswalkers and have a block if your deck otherwise just packs a ton of removal spells).
If you get 6 tokens, thats 12 power, so quite a lot of games can end with this, but its not a get out of jail for free card.
