This fits in Boros (Lorehold?) with the "Creatures with power 2 or less can't be blocked" effects like that on Subira. Then the shenanigans can begin. Or, it's like a supercharged Prowess in some regards. Wheee...

That is like super prowess pretty much for the decks that want it. Be interesting if it fits anywhere given those decks don't traditionally play white right now. You can also theoretically build an all in on this and pump spells + double strike spells that can kill as early as T2, but it's probably not good as it's asking to get blown out by a removal spell.
