Rip Apart is interesting enough, it's extremely versatile removal. It's not quite Abrupt Decay, but it competes powerwise with Feed the Swarm, I think. Hard to tell if the card is better than Wear // Tear (which has an instant speed Hull Breach mode and a Demystify mode) but it certainly kills creatures better. You pay for that with Sorcery speed and mana cost.
Rule of threes: take out their thing, then bring back your own.
