It got a weird border treatment last time. Doesn't matter that much as far as availability, as neither costs enough that this is gonna move the price noticeably.
Day of Judgement now gets the mythic treatment???... yikes!
The reason is simple. Many years ago they wanted to tone down wrath effects. They also wanted to get some symbolism out of magic that people could find offensive. The first version that they produced was Day. It was 4cc and the naming convention was still a bit similar that the connotation wasn't as bad but was still too powerful to keep printing 4cc wraths in white. So that's why all wraths in white are now 5cc and usually have a secondary clause. If they do print one it has to be at a higher rarity or limited play gets wonky if this is more available in that cardpool by a certain %.
That isn't to say they haven't backslid as in the case of Supreme Verdict but that bit them in the butt as well.

There are no commons and the uncommons are standard legal (don't know if that second part's 100% confirmed, but seems to be true).
