Time Spiral Remastered was finalized early last year, and due to production and release delays couldn't be changed (this is also why the copyright information on the cards has the year 2020 on it). We no longer have a working relationship with this artist.
I wouldn't call it "god awful," I'd just say it's not a good-looking lady featured in the art. There is some cool leaf magic at work at least. Both of TeNi's artworks are kind of cheating by using sexiness if you think about it, but also of note is that she drew specifically a Sylvok, and Chris Rahn does not depict a Sylvok. Which is a bit of a shame, really. So while I'd defend Chris Rahn's EWIT for actually doing something resembling what the card does, it's a bit off if Eternal Witnesses were an important or 'proper noun' part in Mirrodin lore.

Spoiler EditorWhile the exclusion of Sprout Swarm means you can't just mindlessly force Green in Time Spiral Remastered draft, these three cards should still be good picks for Limited. I'm pretty sure you don't need that reminder for Eternal Witness.
The good old original would be better, but WotC hates Terese Nielsen, so we cant have good things.
