I'm still salty they banned him. Was my favorite tech I thought of in my Death's Shadow deck in Legacy. Sadly that deck was unplayable with Oko, and now without Dreadhorde it's still not good.

Dreadhorde Arcanist is in a Pioneer Tier 1 Rakdos Pyromancer as we speak. With the recent banning in Pioneer its stock has risen. It needed a reprint already.
