Wow, I don't play Commander at all and would still LOVE to open Yawgmoth with the classical frame. I opened a foil Japanese alternate art 3feri and promptly sold it on eBay, but I don't think I'd sell a timeshifted Yawgmoth, it's just too cool.
I hope, for the sake of example, that this love of the old frame will make WOTC look inside for 2023 and say, "Dang, you know for 20 years of the modern frame, I think it's time we maybe go back to the way it was."
But that's a very VERY look and desperate ask.

Maybe in 2023 they will give the old borders to their HE-MAN and Sponge Bob Commander decks or the full GI.JOE set

The old border doesn't have collation information, so they can only put in old border cards if they aren't collated. I think that means a maximum of one old border card per pack.
Please, mill me. Mill my important cards. Mill my lands. Mill it all. Because I will still deal 20 damage before you can mill 45 cards most every time.

They were foil the first time so should be foil here
