Am I the only one who seems to care only for the old frame reprints and nothing else?

I'm right there with you. Like why gets excited for reprints that are already readily available and not very expensive to begin with? I'm pretty sure no matter what anyone says, it's going to be the border shifted cards that sell boxes and packs for this set. I hope WotC understands this and gives us more border shifts in the future.
I also fear that the timeshift hype will get buried between premature strixhaven spoilers and universes beyond uproar. Bad timing, almost like someone wants this set to fail.

Yeah, old border is really the only thing exciting. But I do like the idea of actually just reprinting old sets to keep the prices from climbing too high. Imagine if Zendikar and Tarkir were just still in print and you could still buy a booster pack for a few dollars. Fetches would never have gotten above 10$
Anything to keep prices down, honestly. Yeah, most of these cards were cheap, but this keeps them from ballooning.
Here's even more creature removal.
