Depends on the amount of landfall or quasi landfall that surrounds the card really. That and this set is meant for standard/limited so putting it into play untapped is not happening, and on a common isn't likely to happen overall unless the common is REALLY pushed. Overall the body to cc to ability ratio while not superb is very nice.
Daww look it the little guy, and see him gnawing at ankles
Really? The demon berserker is a full fail flavor wise. He gets stronger from threatening his friends (your creatures) talking about the entrails they sent flying, but your opponent's angels talking about the kittens they saved does nothing to provoke him. He should have been random limited garbage (only trigger off opponent boast) or maybe a small metagame use (trigger off all critters). Or...his flavor txt should have been something else. This is card number, what, 15 that has a flavor txt that while passable as a story has absolutely no connection to the ability of the card.
Names and artwork can be deceiving.
Take note that it's a wolf, not a dog.
Which makes one wonder why it couldn't have been printed as both.
Would a hybrid dog wolf one-drop have been too strong with the current dog lord and standard meta?

EDIT: For some people, one of those two wasn't in the email and they got this guy instead.
Some of you may have gotten this brave little one, attack-based
rampbasic Sylvan Scrying, and this boast reward in your email recently.Source: Wizards Fan Email

When I read the Frenzied Raider's flavor text all I hear is Sarevok from Baldur's Gate.

I am still exceedingly fond of Harmless Offering.
