I do really like this for white ramp and the Kykar vehicle deck I wanna make kept getting some fun toys.

Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas and like cards that animate artifacts seem good with this. In a mostly colorless artifact deck the white mana still has a lot of uses even if you aren't base white.
I like the flavor and the combo with the ox is nice, but without that combo, this seems unplayable. Maybe in limited you pick this up pack 2 or 3 after getting stuck with an ox pack 1?
Absolutely terrible card in real terms. You've got to invest 2 mana and 6 power of creatures for a 6/3 with no evasion with an ability that is probably mostly useless by the time you can crew this that will likely just trade off with their 3 drop. There's the Giant Ox combo, but without the combo they aren't particularly cards you want in your limited deck.
I actually wish they would push vehicles a bit more, it feels like they have gone the way equipment went for several years, where they are all terrible.

This card is gimmicky and bad, and I hope we never see a card like it again. That being said, it's probably a space they're going to expand where White is concerned, because White and Artifacts go together like peanut butter and oysters, amirite?

Turn 3 Giant Ox or Relic Golem, crew the plow, swing, play your actual 3 drop for the turn.
