Rune of Flight 1U
Enchantment — Aura Rune
Enchant permanent
When Rune of Flight enters the battlefield, draw a card.
As long as enchanted permanent is a creature, it has flying.
As long as enchanted permanent is an Equipment, it has “Equipped creature has flying.”
Let's start the new week with a new enchantment subtype. Called the generalized "enchant permanent."
I like this a lot. It lets you attach them to equipment, thus making it less likely they'll just get binned in response by destroying the targeted creature.
What I also really like about the design is that you can use Runes for Vehicles too.
Yep. Well-designed. Probably well-iterated.

Heck, every day I wake up, I don't go out and kill people - and I'm rewarded by not having legions of enemies! Amazing how that works.
Although ninjas are experts of camouflage and concealment, they are actually horrible liars. This means that no matter where you are, you can shout out, “Are there any ninjas here?” and if there’s a ninja within earshot, he’ll be compelled to respond.
My big question is will they all have "when it enters the battlefield draw a card" or some other decent enter the battlefield ability? That is make or break for these.
That white 3-drop that tutors or returns a rune seems great, if it gets you at minimum a clue token (2 mana draw a card) and potentially much more.
I've retired my historic boggles deck as I'm really enjoying another deck but depending on what other runes we see, if they all draw a card on ETB, I may make some tweaks and bring it back.

And also for Gideons.

It would be ridiculous when this is maybe only a five card uncommon cycle.
