Snakeskin Veil sounds like it should be an equipment. I can just imagine a mage casting a spell that drops dead snakeskin on a combatant, useful but kinda weird and gross.
I may find a place for this in certain non-tier decks I run.

Compares well to Blossoming Defence. Better for long term value, worse for immediate zerging. Will see play at least in standard probably I think. Just very solid and reliable.
