Well prety powerfull card. Maybe better or equal to her AoR (3cmc) card.
Because of the ultimate it is probably an auto include in superfriends. +1 is good with creatures with ETB effects (probably can see play with Yorion + Charming Prince)

The only problem in superfriends is that the +1 does almost nothing (mine only has like two creatures in it), though I guess it could be used politically. I do like the -3 for utility though.
I like this card a lot. As soon as I get a copy I'll start testing it in my Saskia legends EDH. I suspect the protection provided with the +1 will be very useful.

Protection from reason (Decadent_Creed can't be blocked, targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by reason.)

She is in black where you have a lot of tutors for redundancy to utilize the few creatures you do run, particularly Arena Rector, but you can also target creatures other player's control which gives you a bit of a political angle while strapping a token for yourself onto any deals. I wouldn't say she is particularly insane or anything, but I like her for Atraxa, Praetors' Voice since you can hit various green creatures like Eternal Witness, Evolution Sage and a handful of others. The ultimate is significant, which isn't a common feature of many of these newer planeswalker cards.

I also like that in a way, it's protecting itself twice. The creature drops a flying token to block. Then you can cast the creature again, and get another blocker. Potentially doing it over and over and if they can't permanently deal with Kaya or the creature.

Quite similar to og Vraska , Ultimate is a bit weird, but ensures you get to replay "planeswalkers" as they are all legendary now (and thats kinda annoying on its own, as theres no "real" way to get rid of it).
The artwork looks like 2 totally different persons, thats a bit strange.
Isn't her card name missing a comma between her name and her title?
Typically if its a single descriptor, you use `the` without a comma. If it's a phrase that is sometimes used in place of the character's name. These are referred to as an epithet, and sometimes more specifically as a sobriquet.
For instance, "Alexander the Great" vs "Alexander, King of Macedonia". It's a style choice, but those are the accepted use cases for most scholarly uses.
The first ability will confuse tons of people who think that the ghostform counter has anything to do with the ability of going to hand. Removing the counter with heartless act doesn't do anything.
IMO, seems very similar to Vraska the Unseen in a vacuum.
though, that +1 is crazy good in the very real Aristocrats deck archetype, which makes her a pretty strong walker for those making her a lot better than Vraska in this situation.
don't think is playable anywhere else, though.
whats the shadow on the showcase art ? is that a demon ? is it tibalt ?
i guess its the figure in the backround of the normal art, but who or what is it ?
Cards like Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger and Uro love the ultimate. TMU I think you can constantly cast the spells during upkeep so long as you have the mana, right? Nothing says you can only do it once as per the emblem text.

"...you may cast a legendary spell..."
I think the rules on the emblem's wording don't override general restrictions, just allow you to bypass it once.

Didn't expect to get a planeswalker this soon in the previews
the minus 3 is utter end on a stick
and the ultimate let me put it this way it makes every legednary card imprevious to every single removal in existence including Kaya here
oh and the ultimate...it auto-infinites with Karn's Temporal Sundering because it exiles itself and it’s a extra turn and it’s legendary

Also being able to reuse Yawgmoth's Vile Offering as often as you want.

THE JUICE[BOX]³ CUBE
The similarities to Ashiok, Nightmare Muse, or Ob Nixilis Reignited, or Ral, Izzet Viceroy? It's the B-list character treatment, I guess. Exiling nonland permanents is sweet though. Wonder if we get Mutavault in this set along with the other changelings?
She’s like Vraska the Unseen with a usable first ability!

I'd even go so far as to argue that as a planeswalker it's as powerful or even stronger card than Elspeth, Sun's Champion.
That ultimate is game-breaking if built around.
I too love the mohawk, though I kinda wished she was dual-wielding axes like the promotional art.
She might also want gloves. Even at a balmy - 15 degrees celsius bare hands and metal don't mix well.
The Vorthos community will await the consequences of the Eldrazi Titans' deaths/sealing. We will keep the watch.

I’d say she’s my favorite PW,
and one of my favorites in general for EDH.
Speaking of generals and EDH, wish she could lead a deck!
