How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
I don't understand how this is a rare when there are common cards that draw each player a card already. This is also a may effect, you can't even force your opponents to draw if they can't/don't want to.

Such low power considering this is a rare and there are uncommons in this set that outshine it. It also doesn't have haste to fit a 'tortoise v hare' nod. Not what I'd expect for a rabbit legend, unless they were thinking some Easter Bunny influence, but this is still bad.

Could have been RW (the opposite of the turtle). Make it a desert jackrabbit to fit the colors. Give it abilities similar to Urabrask the Hidden. Maybe just "your guys have haste, their guys lose haste".
Now all of your creatures are faster than your opponents', but still get trumped by the turtle's ability.
The flavor text is like "Why so slow, let's go!" but the card has nothing to do with speed?
This card isn’t good once again because the loot for everyone ability has been classified as rare. Putting “may” makes this into that 1 drop U card from Zendikar, which was uncommon.
Selvala forces everyone to draw and rewards you for it. This is just pointless.

"The essence of every world, every spell and every thought is power. Nothing else matters, because nothing else exists."
Gah - I'm posting here again just to express how utterly underwhelmed and disappointed this card makes me feel. Like it doesn't even seem to have any flavor with a rabbit what-so-ever. The Sultai Turtle really plays into the "being slow is a benefit" flavor of turtles in MtG. Given that the turtle is sultai, it would make sense that his rabbit counterpart be Boros - Red White - and have something to do with speed in its flavor. This card must have gotten nerfed in development, because I cannot understand how this was conceived. I so very much wanted a playable Rabbit Wizard for EDH, even if it wasn't good enough to be a commander. I just don't see a deck that wants this card. Probably just Phelddagrif?
Agreed. The best part of this card is the art.
It also reminds me of Selvala, explorer returned, but much worse.
Why didn't they just reprint her instead of this, or Selvala 2.0 which I'm still missing and actually want (albeit not at its current price)?
Admittedly, I'd love a signed foil of this rabbit for the collection, but honestly can't see myself ever playing this card.
I guess technically, a Commander that just straight up helps your opponents without a built-in "sneaky" way of helping you more like Edric IS new design space. Can't think of any other general than Pheldagriff that does that.
Still, it's disappointing that such a unique creature type combination was used for such a bland effect.

I read the translation and assumed it WAS an uncommon. Then I looked at the actual card...

The opponent can just refuse

That's exactly what I was thinking!
Sure, but if they refuse, you still have a 2-mana 1/3 with "tap: draw a card and gain 1 life" which is nice.
Um, but otherwise, yeah this is pretty weak. I'd run it in a powered-down / extremely friendly group hug deck, I guess.
Yea for a 2 drop it seems pretty decent to abuse some stuff.

I like this particularly because it is one of the "fair/nice" uses of hullbreacher. Things like hullbreacher+wheels are so un-fun.
I wish this little dude had flash.
it says may... so...

RW
Haste
RW: Target creature you control gains haste and double strike until eot. At end of turn shuffle that creature into your deck.

I'd have expected sonething like
RGW
Flash, haste
Tap: each opponent draws a card. You draw card equal to the cards drawn and gain that much life.
