Well... Courser is pretty much an auto-include in any Ur-Dragon deck. Otherwise, I can't think of too many expensive red legends that get much benefit from this (unless you're late in the game and commander tax is a problem).
I look forward to playing it in Gisela. Drop this, attack with Gisela for 10. Then cast her next turn and attack with this for 12. It might not be exceptionally powerful, but the ability to surprise people with the commander seems decent.

Card is pretty solid for the commanders that want that effect. Its not an auto include in every red build but it can certainly pull its weight in some of them while ensuring your commander doesnt sit there during everyone elses turns
Please, mill me. Mill my important cards. Mill my lands. Mill it all. Because I will still deal 20 damage before you can mill 45 cards most every time.
1. I cast this card. With trigger on the stack, sac this card to a phyrexian altar, goblin bombardment, etc.
2. Bladewing comes out and effect targets Courser. With trigger on the stack, sac Bladewing as well and let it return to the command zone.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 ad nauseum.
