It has an interesting, if somewhat oblique, token / aristocrat sub-theme. Probably a miss that Kels, Fight Fixer wasn't included here as an alternate commander (despite not being a rogue).
Is it too much to ask that Prowl finally be worded "with another creature that shares a creature type with this" at the end, so that the reminder text for the *same* ability stops changing from card to card? I understand it would make a difference in some situations, and still...

isnt the way its written now shorter anyways?
Oh and sorcery and instants doesnt have creatures types so that wording doesn't work there
Kind of a shame they didn't make an artifact or equipment subtheme happen - it would be cool to equip your rogues with a knife or a sword or something else before swinging.
Dunno how effective the mill strategy would be. You could always get out Leyline of the Void or one of the graveyard hate artifacts to make your rogues Ingest basically.
Step 1: Play all the evasive Rogues
Step 2: Steal things from hands, decks and graveyards
Step 3: Prowl around, I guess

Looks like an interesting, well-built deck, probably less synergistic than the Naya lands one, but with some great reprint value.

Social Distance Sphinx! It wears a mask, it evades others, it sends people too close to it away. The hero we deserve.
Incidentally, I took a second look at it because of your post and I realized how great it'll be in my Sphinx tribal/flying deck. Nifty!

No: the hero we need, but not the one we deserve right now.
