How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.

Top 5 card in the set. Jesus this is fun. I do not understand why Magic makes 5-10 unique cards a set. Even in EDH this is great. Against control? Yikes. I’d hate to see one of these resolve late game.

Definitely want to hold this until you can cast it and immediately drop your sixth land if you can. Oh man, this thing can get wild. If your sixth land is a fetch, you go from 1 to 2 to 4.
My Windgrace EDH deck ran the Purphoros + Avenger of Zendikar package for a while, plus Field of the Dead and Scapeshift. I took the deck apart but may try and rebuild it with an even heavier creature token theme, headlined by this.
Oh, janky combo time. This, the goodest mouse and crashing drawbridge gives you an instant hasty fat army. Might actually be worth playing as a GW combo build.
