Hey, I don't know if you know, but .....
It's a fine common, great in GW builds for Limited given its theme of landfall, but even RG has tinges of that so it'll likely be a solid card for Limited all around.
This card is much stronger than it looks for limited.
You play DFC lands early game, and pick them up to play them as spells late game.
It's a 6-drop 6/5 that can basically draw you two spells or two lands for landfall triggers.

What downside?
It's a "may ability". You can choose to return 0 lands you to your hand if you want.
It states "up to two lands". You can return 0 lands if you would like.
It isn't a downside.
