Censor's spiritual successor.
Got to say, I really like how they chose the locations for these spell-lands. For example, Jwar Isle has a locus of blue mana in the volcanic crater in its center, and no explorer has ever returned from it.
the biggest advantage of those modal cards so far was that they were nice topdecks when you have enough lands in play.
but Censor doesn't counter anything in the late game.... so...
I really wish the french name translated to "Perturbing Jwar" or "Jwar Perturbation". Disturbing sounds like Nys Dal is coming to Jwar Isle, knocking on the wall, "Hi, can you tell me where the roil is?". Perturbing is such a more forceful word, like ringing the door bell 15 times, until the denizens of Jwar are forced to answer "Hello, have you heard of Heliod? We have these scrolls showing you his love for you and how if you don't believe you will go straight to the underworld. And I'm talking about Phylias, not Ilysia. Can we count on seeing you at temple this Sunday?"

(In the leakers defense he/she had no idea you have to chose which side to play)
(Censor is not a land drop, cannot replace a land slot in a deck. This is much better)
Yea this is decent turn 1 if you dont have to play anything else and keep it open turn 2+ so the opponent runs into it.
Having 2 in hand always has the nice play pattern that an opponent thinks "Oh well, they wont have a 2nd one wont they?".
