Does this also mean there are 47 different themes? (40 different basic lands, 5 planeswalkers with showcase lands, Rainbow and Mythic with no new basics)?
Can we also have a list of all the themes? How much there are? 40? 50?

How i feel about competitive players and casual players in EDH: The competitive are german tourists, the casual are italian tourists, both in a italian beach. The italians asking themselves "why are the germans here?" make a legitimate question, the answer is because the beach is beautiful, no matter the country you came from. The italians wanting to ban the germans are dumb, because if the germans pay for their stay and follow the rules like everyone else, they have the right to be in the beach. Hovewer, if the germans started to ask themselves "why are the italians here?"... they would be dumb as hell.
I would love to have some of these extended then copied so I could use them in EDH. That swamp with the zombies, the forest leading out to the mountain in the distance, etc

"The essence of every world, every spell and every thought is power. Nothing else matters, because nothing else exists."
I'm still a bit confused, so dogs 1 and dogs 2 are two different themes or 1? I think it is 46 or whatever different themes but that some themes have multiple variations... do we know how many total different packs we have, then? I'm wondering how often to expect some of these rares that only appear in one pack (like the planeswalker theme ones, or rhystic study which only appears in 1 of the "well-read" packs even though there are four different well-read variations)

There are 46 themes.
A theme can have one of three rarities: common, rare, mythic.
A common theme has 4 variations, a rare theme has 2 variations, and a mythic theme only has 1 variation.
Dog is a rare theme so there are 2 Dog decks. 2 variations of the same theme.
Overall there are 121 variations, so when you open a Jumpstart booster you open one of these 121 half decks.

I have to say these lands are probably the Best ever at least in modern era. A lot of the lands lately don't necessarily look like a land or are too saturated in the planes theme imo but these are creature or deck type themed which ends up being perfect and the art has been great so far. Very impressed by the lands. I am still a little confused on the audience for this product, it is a very different approach to a booster set. It's very cool but I just can't put my finger on what to do with it.

Only thing to figure out if Wolves or Cats are the rare theme, but I assume it is Cats to mirror Dogs.
