Or the oportunity for Uro decks to make fun of non-Uro decks that use the yard. Uro decks will be with us until Temur Rec rotates out, and that deck doesn't care about you wiping their yard anyway. I think this card could be a headache for Cycling decks on the other hand, 2 "successful" activations put it outside burn range, and at 4/4 it outsizes every creature they have except a lucky Fox.
Haha not only uro and kroxa decks are a goner now it's another money reprint
Ooze actually doesn't have a firm hold in Modern right now, and Uro decks there are making out like bandits...and actually still were while Lurrus Jund decks were popular and the Jund decks' Ooze numbers went up. Kroxa is also reasonably popular in Modern despite Ooze and other vicious graveyard hate, although both of them having ETB triggers and reasonable converted mana costs also helps the Titans.

In one hand, hell yeah this is one fantastic reprint. Scooze is one of those cards that always needs more reprints, and I absolutely love the borderless promo art.
On the other hand... ugh, the green deck just got the best counter against the best green card. Again.
Welcome back, Scavenging Ooze. You were sorely missed. Please take this opportunity to make fun of Uro and all those graveyard-loving decks.

Hope ooze is played mostly as a sideboard card but i doubt because most of the decks has some kind of graveyard strategy.
