Celestial Executioner 2W
Creature - Human Cleric 1W, T : Tap target creature. Activate this ability only if you control a creature with flying "I lift my gaze to the heavens in search of hope, but you will kneel."

Did the fliers deck really need a very specific tapper?
Well, this is certainly *not* going in my Isperia deck. Woof. Decent body for the cost, but that ability isn't worth it even in a deck where she's the only creature without flying. Two mana to tap a creature? Nawww.
Will help your flying finisher swing through unimpeded in limited, though. The WU build seems to be flying matters and with white's +1/+1 counter theme as well, even a common flyer (which we haven't seen in either color yet) could become a big threat with the Executioner controlling a pesky blocker.

I expected some massive Archon.
While I agree with you, ejecutora means (female) executor, executioner in Spanish is verdugo/a, which should only be in black cards if you ask me.
White does have executions too. Usually to tapped creatures. The problem is this doesn’t kill anything
BAfter the lights go out on you, after your worthless life is through. I will remember how you scream...B

Katingal: Plane of Chains
Well because she's an Executor, not an Executioner. (If the translation is correct).
I agree wasted name and art
