Actually it's naya and the dog tribal legend is the buy a box promo

I think only the Dog Cat legend duo is Naya - cats are green in this set. Dogs are Boros.

If this is the closest that we get to a risen reef style card for this featured tribe, I’m happy.

This is a cool build-around for limited. A 2/2 for RW that potentially draws you two cards (even if they are just more 2-drops) seems quite nice.

It's strange to me how both dogs the houndmaster fetches seem to be 2cmc creatures. I expected at least one of them to be 3cmc for a smooth curve.

I wouldn't say Limited only, a 2-drop that replaces itself and draws you an extra card could be viable in Constructed, T1 some dog, T2 this guy and you already have a second wave of attackers ready in your hand in case they sweep the board. Time will tell how viable it is but Boros Dogs is starting to look like a real deck.

It reminds me of Squadron Hawk, that was constructed played, and this is much better given how much power we put on board

Hawk had evasion to fly over with swords and such in the caw blade era.

for 6 mana, thats 7 power attacking, without counting Cur activated ability, hawks add 3 power for the same cost
