Wow, I can't think of many rares reprinted like 9 months after it was originally printed. I mean this set rotates at the same time as Throne of Eldraine so it isn't even that, but this is another good reprint value wise.
fantastic! i will never say no to more of these in circulation. hopefully this brings it to a more affordable price. it wasn't ever crazy expensive, but it was just expensive enough to limit viably loading up on them
Remember, WotC doesn't like shuffling in Standard as it makes games too long and yet here we are with a fetch, two Explosive Vegetation variants, Solemn Simulacrum, and Cultivate in the same Standard.

Still a good reprint though.
I doubt they care much about that kind of thing anymore given the digital tournaments they host now.

Didn't they say recently that fetches (Arid Mesa, etc.) won't be in Standard anymore? Understandably I don't want fetches with Shocks, Triomes, or nonbasics with basic lands types.

They've said before they are most tolerant of shuffling when it's with land searching cards because of how valuable they are to the game. The fetchlands were more problematic because of how much they're played, especially when people start making three colour decks with multiple fetchlands in them. Fabled Passage isn't that prevalent by comparison and you can only have 4 in your deck at max.

There being 3+ color decks came more from the nonbasics you could search up, like with the Shocklands. When the fetchlands were in Zendikar I don't remember many, if any, three color decks running around as all you could get were basics. Of course we can't have fetches like that now due to Shocks and Triomes, but it does seem strange they hated how fetches slowed the game down and yet there are lots of deck shuffling in Standard.
it was 20 dollars when Eldraine got released, probably because of the pioneer hype at that time - it being one of the few "fetch land" pioneer can use.
Already dropped to 10 dollars each in SCG. Did not buy from eldraine, because had no pioneer deck during those days.... today, I do have one.. so might buy if it drops further to something like 5 dollars each.
I hope this is the first of many Fabled Passage reprints in the near future.

They even realized fabled passage needs a reprint before the set even rotates
Now I am almost positive this set is sneak preview of what reprints/new cards in commander legends is gonna look like
Wait a second I believe passage is tournament played so 1 out 2
|| UW Jace, Vyn's Prodigy UW || UG Kenessos, Priest of Thassa (feat. Arixmethes) UG ||
Cards I still want to see created:
|| Olantin, Lost City || Pavios and Thanasis || Choryu ||
Still a good reprint though.

I don't think that card's likely to be printed in standard.
