Not everyone has large budgets for MtG. And $15 for a creature that is only played in one casual format is actually kind of a lot. Will be nice to have that price knocked down and to get a version of the card without the Phyrexian watermark (for those who aren't into that) and the current "dies" wording.
edited to add: Creedmor's post reminded me of Demon of Dark Schemes, which is actually pretty sweet. If you aren't getting the "instant kill" with Massacre Wurm against a token army, the Demon's ability is pretty exciting. And hitting all creatures obviously has some disadvantages but does ensure the demon will get you that energy quickly if not instantly.
