This is really cool, if you can fill your entire deck with Cycling cards, this basically reads "You can't pick what you cast, but your entire deck costs 2 and has Flash". I don't think you would want to fill your entire deck with Cycling cards, you still probably want some one-of haymakers to potentially cheat with this, but even still it's a solid, zany build-around-me card.
at the same time... how hard they went in on cycling is a little bit of a turnoff for me in this set. i'm not sure exactly why i'm just not keen on the mechanic, i do recognize its value, it just doesn't do much for me
this does make cheating emrakuls into play kind of easy though, especially at a more casual table

That and you would get the mindslaver trigger from promised end or extra turn with the older one
I think the idea is that if you hit your other street wraiths, you just get a 3/4. If you hit your other Sandsprinters, they'll bounce back to hand at eot, and you can try again. So that lets you be more consistent.

Heh, guess I missed that interaction. Still, I'd rather play the wraith over the viashino, free cycling lets you hypotetically combo the same turn you put the enchantment onto the battlefield with no further mana investment. Gotta jump through some loops but ehhh
For Standard and Pioneer, this will probably stink. There's not a lot of ways to tutor a specific combo and enchantments are right out as the target as this is an enchantment. Outside of those formats tho, there's Eladamri's Call but five mana might be too slow for this to get used like that there.

While the "cheat something out" aspect is probably not going to be there, it's possible it can make it as just a value play for a cycling heavy deck. Something where you're ditching 1 mana cyclers to hit Boon of the Wishgiver or Rooting Moloch, or even Yidaro, Wandering Monster. Especially with someone like Rielle the Everwise out. There's definitely room to build some utility out of it, though the question of whether or not it's worth a 5 mana do nothing enchantment is, of course, an open question.
So...Possibility Storm for cycling sounds pretty good
You know what would be funny to hit Decree of Annihilation
I know that this is pretty much meaningless when you have a 15/15 Flier and a free extra turn, but you don't draw the card, Cyclone replaces it.

Why even pay mana to cycle? Street Wraith exists
