Farfinder 3
Vigilance
When Farfinder enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a basic land card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. "Take us home," she whispered, and the fox's eyes began to glow.

Pilgrim's Eye was a 1/1 flier with this ability for 3. Skittering Surveyor was instead a 1/2 with no keyword ability for 3.
Now we have Farfinder, a 1/1 vigilance for 3.
Also interesting that they seem to be fine making colorless creatures—this and Mysterious Egg—that aren't artifacts and aren't related to the Eldrazi or Ugin (i.e. Ugin's Conjurant, where you'd expect nonartifact colorless creatures to exist).

notice this saids 2 on the number crunch
theres one more colorless creature
and let me put this in the spoiler
in the book theres something manipulating the ozolith possibly from the inside of it
The problem with defining this format by what is "fun" is that everyone seems to define fun as what they don't lose to. If you keep losing to easily answered cards, that means you should improve your deck. If you don't want to improve your deck, then you should come to peace with the idea that you are going to lose because you chose to not interact with better strategies.
