Weaponize the Monsters R
Enchantment 2, Sacrifice a creature: Weaponize the Monsters deals 2 damage to any target. Revenge is a path inevitably walked alone.
...oh. So that's why the novel is called Sundered Bond. It's a halfway decent way to ironically throw Human Soldier tokens at monsters.
In limited its pretty good as trading all your creatures 1for1 against theres would be amazing, but in this set plenty of stuff is 4+ thoughness and you absolutely dont want to sacrifice a huge creature (or the even bigger stuff you mutated on).
But just being able to point 10+ worth of damage at the opponent ensures they have to block quite early, or risk just dying to direct damage to their face.
So thats a solid finisher that also acts as a removal in a pinch.
Aw crap. So that means Lukka's big kitty friend is dead? I mean, I guess it could imply it got captured or something, but if that's the case, I would assume Capture Sphere would have a different art.

Ah, so the Soldiers are the monsters then. I dig it! It seemed to me at first that the idea was to sacrifice the poor friendly Beasts in order to cause some damage...
That card seems pretty strong, though, especially in a token or cmc<2 centered deck.
And that's just off the top of my head. If your commander can generate a bunch of creatures cheaply or cares about creatures dying (or both), you're going to be able to get some value out of this card. The Krenkos, Atla Pilani, and Korvold benefit the most synergistically, I think and I'll be picking up a couple of these to see if it'll give some decks a bit of extra steam to pick off blockers/threats or just finish out games.
