Tentative Connection is either garbage or great depending on if you manage to get enough instances of menace (assuming limited here, it wont play anywhere else). Blitz has a chance to be solid removal in a few formats though.
Flavor fail(we don't have lukka as a human and i doulbt he would have menace ). Also sad Lukka's tiger isn't legendary or have menace, shame. The cards are good tho.

I think you're misreading the intended flavor here. I don't think it was lukka that had menace in that picture
still disappointed on how wotc moves further and further than red's removal original upside of being able to hit face.
I mean, Blitz of the thunder-raptor is a fine magic card, and will likely kill any creature it can target at any point in the game as it will be stronger and stronger as the game goes on....
but not being able to hit face mostly makes it into kinda a worse Doom Blade / go for the throat / Dreadbore.
what used to make red removal interesting was that it wasn`t ever a dead card, because if there was nothing to kill, you simply went to face... and I think it's quite sad the amount of specialized burn spells that exist today, most hits either creatures or face but not both.

Burn spells like this can hit for 20+ damage and you dont want to allow that to hit the player.
However, i get you, as lots of red burn cannot hit players anymore, just creatures and planeswalkers, thats absolutely the case and usually removes the cards from any viable pool of burn spells.

this specific one is fine if it doesn't hit players.
my issue here isn't with this card, this card is fine as is.
my issue is with the VAST amount of burn spells that hits only creatures these days.
wotc is ignoring the intrinsic upside of red removal for years now.

Being able to hit planeswalkers is a very large upside you're ignoring compared to those Doom blade type spells. Additionally, red removal of this type tends to be more efficient or have less restrictions (since it's already restricted by toughness) than kill spells of the equivalent rarity.
All 3 are pretty dang good
But darn my heart on thr art of thunder raptor
One mana threaten.

According to the planeswalker's guide, wings are a pretty normal feature for Ikorian cats. Thus, no extra creature types.

Its like asking Lightning Axe to hit players.
